Joo Byung-hee is the leader, vocalist and guitar player for the indie high school bandy Eye Candy. The six member band come from a delinquent school where they lord over all the other students thanks in no small part to their looks and their music. However their school closed down and while thinking about quitting school all together to concentrate on music, Byung-hee ran into Mi So, a member of the school they were suppose to transfer to. Byung-hee decided that they will go to that school because Mi So was his 'muse' and he must get to know her better. This brought them in direct confrontation with their new school's lead band Strawberry Fields. Byung-hee and the rest of Eye Candy have a couple encounters with them, and one of the members of Strawberry Fields decided to take out the wildly unpredictable leader of Eye Candy. It was in the middle of a fight in which Byung-hee was out-numbered that he was killed by a truck moving too fast down the streets.
